Indo-Canadian porn star Sunny Leone is all set to make her Bollywood debut with ‘Jism 2’.
Her India trip, for the participation in Bigg Boss 5 proved to be a jackpot for her as she was able to somewhat sanitize her image – from being a porn star to an actress in Bollywood cinema. Born as Karen Malhotra, Sunny is happy for her big Bollywood break.
Sunny Leone is playing the female lead in Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Jism 2′. And, the porn star is all set to shed her image and wants to make a mark in Bollywood.
The actress is studiously taking audio Hindi lessons to get the correct accent for the film. But she would definitely face tough time delivering her dialogues in Hindi since she had spent 30 years of her life on foreign land.
“At the gym and also taking audio Hindi lessons! Hindi Hindi Hindi!. I believe this is my birth right to speak Hindi and Punjabi it’s who I am. Indian & proud! ‘Jism 2′ is giving my big break in movies, So thankful!!,” Leone posted on Twitter.
“The people around me probably think I`m crazy. Lol repeating what I hear out loud in Hindi… Haha whatever! Anything for @jism2(sic),” she added.
Sunny feels by knowing the language only she can do complete justice to the character she portrays in the film. She is also proud of having being an Indian by origin.
Dino Morea, who played the lead in Jism years ago, has decided to give production a chance with Jism 2.
“The most important thing is that I am producing a film for the first time and it’s ‘Jism 2′,” he told a news agency.
Since the actor is out of scene since a long time, he is planning to make a comeback with this highly anticipated film. “I am not getting the kind of scripts that I want to do. So I thought that if this opportunity is coming to me, I should not leave it. ‘Jism 2′ is a very good film and a very good story I am co-producing it with Pooja Bhatt. And may be after this I can produce the movies that I really want to make,” he added.
The film will go on floors in March.
