This time Sanjay Leela Bhansali took a step to present the efforts, life and love of one of those heroes. He choose a very dominating character from the history named Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan, one of the renown brave and generous freedom fighter who did not even care for his life or family and ought for the Indian people to get rid of British rule. Before this such characters were hardly find in the movies and our young generation don t know much about them. To create this awareness about Indian history Sanjay took this initiative and started making movie named Chenab Gandhi. Actually Abdul Gaffar Khan was called Frontier Gandhi on which Sanjay chose the name of his movie. After the successful direction of Sanwriya, Vibhu Puri is again going to direct this project of Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The movie first included Amitabh Bachchan, Rajeev Khandelwal, and Vidya Balan. But Rajeev Khandelwals departure from the movie is being reported by many resources. Now Hurman S. Baweja, John Abraham are said to be the part of this movie. Sanjay is very much interested in this project but no one knows that whether people will like his effort to invoke the history or not.
