His previous release Kites flown high in the air this year. It was rumored that his childhood friend Abhishek Bachan will help him in his next project named copy cat. But he corrected the fact that he will cast Abhishek in his project but for copy cat he is talking to Pratik. Pratik Babbar is a stunning actor looking most like his gorgeous mother and beautiful actress Smita Patel. Although he has to struggle a lot to earn a name in the industry like his mom and father Raj Babbar but still he did not lose his hope and now a days he is working on his new project. Movie is based on a suspense story.  Movie has rain shots and Pratik enjoyed scenes shot in rain. The movie will be a gritty realistic romantic thriller shot in rain sequence. This movie reflects more about the life in metropolis. As the director Goldie did not want an artificial studio rain for the rain scenes of his movie so he is waiting for monsoon to give a realistic look in the location of Mumbai streets. Pratik unlike his mother didn t have any offense in shooting those rain shots and he is quite comfortable with it. No doubts there are something special in Pratik that compelled Babbar to cast him as his main lead. Pratik is also working very hard to fulfil Babbar s expectations as this film will play an important role in his future career. This movie is most likely to be released on November 17, 2010 tentative date.  Everyone have many expectations with this new upcoming project. Now the release of COPYCAT will tell whether it fulfils all the hopes or not.
