Vishal bhardwaj produces Ishqiya, a story about two thieves who are related uncle and nephew and are on the run. They take refuge in the Nepalese and Indian border area. Both fall in love with vidya balan in whose house they are staying. This of course creates a rift between the uncle and nephew. The film directed by debutante director Abhishek Chaubhey is the first one to show vidya balan in a negative role.
