This summer Rocks with a new movie of theatre actor and director Paritossh Painter who enters into big screen direction with a comedy movie Paying Guests . Subhash Gai has taken some of the leaad comedy stars to play the role of paying guests who are in search of a house to live. During their search for a house they found a Land lord whose name is Balu . The role of Balu is being played by no other than Jonny Lever .

The most interseting part of the movie begins when Balu makes a condition for paying guests that he need only couples . All four paying guests agrees and the action begines when they search for couples and huge confusions begin here . Ashish Chowdhry and Neha Dhupia are one of these coulples and playing a comedy role in movie .
