 The trend of numbers as a film title is building on fast and earlier this year, Bollywood has been witness to two small films with a numeric title 13B a supernatural flick and 99 a cool comic thriller, both of which boasted of a unique storyline and enticed their target audiences to walk into theaters while Wilson Louis promises that his '8' will be a mother of all horror flicks. Producer Pappee Santagani’s horror film titled as ‘8’ has faced problems galore during its making that’s why astrologers and numerologists have convinced the producer that the title of the film is jinxed so, a new title has reportedly been finalized as ‘Mallika’. Directed by Wilson Louis, the movie Mallika stars Sammir Datttani with newbie Sheena Nayar. Mallika is a story of a musician who goes on a holiday to an old fort in Rajasthan and meets a woman with a mysterious past. Wilson Louis who has been in the VFX space for the last 15 years working with studios like CMM Studios and MEL amongst others and he currently directing three horror films.
