Rohit, Whiskey, and Kumar three friends who are the lead roles of the movie played very efficiently by Rajendra Kumar, Rajendra Nath, and Prem Chopra respectively. All of them are good friends and loved each other. Rohit met a beautiful girl Neena and decided to make her life partner. Neena also liked him and agreed to marry him. On other hand Kumar also fall in love with neena without knowing about their affair. And sent proposal to her which was refused. This made Kumar and Rohit enemies. Kumar was in anger and ultimately both fought badly thus resulting in the eye loss of Kumar. This results in degrading the image of rohit in the eyas of Neena and she refused to marry him too. Rajendra Kumar, Sadhana, Prem Chopra, Rajendra Nath, Raj Mehra, Mumtaz Begum, Meena T, Kamaldeep, Madhu Apte all did a very good job in the movie and the music is well Laxmikant and Pyarelal. D.O Bhansali gave a very good back ground music and songs of ap aye bhar aye were beautifully sung by Kishor Kumar, Lata Mangheshkar, M. Rafi.
