As the name of the movie indicates hum tum or ghost seems to be a horror movie but it is not. It is actually about a person who can see supernatural beings or people who are dead now but still they are not in peace. They use to contact him in order to finish their tasks which they could not in their lives. Diya Mirza is the girl friend of Arshad Warsi who is a drunker and a photographer. He use to listen strange voices in his house and Boman Irani played the role of a ghost. Arshad first denied trusting all this but finally he has to. Her girl friend thought him to be psychic patients and want to consult a doctor which irritated Arshad. Finally he agreed on doing his task which was to transfer his property to his wife instead of his greedy and selfish son. Diya also started believing Arshad because of an accident in which she lost her senses and see him there so the movie got a happy ending when all matters settled down. Music of hum tum aur ghost is given by very talented and award winning Shankar, Ehsan and Loy along with Shan, Shreya and many other singers.
