Mausam is another romantic movie of Bollywood. This film is produced by Madhu Menthena and directed by Pankaj Kapoor. The lead roles are played by Shahid Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor. The film is produced under the banner of Religare Vistaar Entertainment. The film again seems to be the remake of Musam which was made in 1975 and was based on the novel of  A.J. Cronin, The Judas Tree.

An interesting thing about this film is that this time Shahid Kapoor is working with his father while it would be more appropriate to say that Shahid Kapoor is working with his father. Yes, I know you know it. Pankhaj Kapoor has given the lead role to his own son Shahid Kapoor . But the thing is that we can not say that this is a pure favor from a father to a son. Shahid Kapoor has proved himself as a superb actor in Bollywood. His Badmash Company has been a hit so far. He is also known for his superb dance abilities so I suppose his father would take full advantage of his son’s abilities.
