Like his last production Mangal Pandey he this time also chose a character from 19th century. This time he is a painter named Raja Ravi Verma. The script of the movie got help from Ranjit Desai’s novel Raja Ravi Verma. The movie casts Randeep Hooda, Nandana Sen and a newcomer Triptha Parashar in the lead roles of the movie. A big budget of 12 crores has been finalized for the movie. For such a big movie every one is very much excited. Sandesh Shandliya is giving the music of the movie which needs much efforts as songs of Rang Rasiya should exactly come up the expectations so that movie can completely depict the life style of 19th century.
