Striker is the story of a young man and his passion for playing carom. How ever, he gives up his passion to earn money for his family as he happens to be the only bread winner. He leaves the city to earn money and when he gets back, he loses all his money in a riot with the police. He again sets out to earn money but this time he uses his passion for playing carom along with gambling against a well known gangster whom he hates since his childhood. The movie scenes fluctuate between his youth and childhood giving you the account of his child hood as well. There is a love plot too with this carom boy’s girlfriend in the scene but that love does not mature into anything. With a strong theme, the movie has some firm dialogues and wont get you bored in this boy’s journey to earn money the wrong way.
